Congratulations Logan
Shorter's all-time leading tackler
| On November 14, 2009 Logan Lollis played his last collegiate game for the Shorter Hawks. The senior linebacker had eight tackles, one sack and he tipped a pass in the end zone that the Hawks intercepted. Lollis's Mohawk gives him flying ability

Logan Lollis has opened his senior season at Shorter College sporting a Mohawk and adding the ability to fly to his arsenal at middle linebacker. Logan had nine tackles in his first game of the season- a 21-14 loss at NCAA Division 2 Lenoir Rhyne. In a 42-19 home win over LaGrange Lollis made 12 tackles and he intercepted a pass and returned it 45-yards for the Hawks final touchdown. For his outstanding game he was named the Mid-South Conference Defensive Player of the Week. 2008 Season
Lollis makes three red-zone plays in a big Shorter win

Former Toombs County Bulldog Logan Lollis made three big defensive plays in the red-zone in Shorter College's 7-0 win at Bethel College. The victory for the 9-2 Hawks may wrap up a spot in the NAIA playoffs. Logan and his teammates will find out on Sunday if they are in or out. The Hawks, who were ranked 19th in the latest NAIA poll, will probably move into the top sixteen because five teams above them lost on Saturday. And if they are in the top sixteen, they will be in. In the first quarter Logan deflected a pass in the end zone that was picked off. He also assisted on a tackle a tackle on fourth and inches that kept Bethel from picking up a first down. Lollis leads Shorter to shutout win
| Week in week out former Toombs County Bulldog Logan Lollis leads the Shorter College in tackles and he did that for a sixth straight time as the Hawks shutout visiting Belhaven 35-0. Logan had 11 total tackles- four solos and seven assists. He also had an interception, two tackles behind the line of scrimmage and a sack. Logan has hit double-digits in tackles in five of his last six games. He leads the Hawks with 93 total tackles and he now has six sacks and three interceptions. Lollis sacks Lambuth QB three times
| Former Toombs County Bulldog Logan Lollis racked up 12 total tackles (nine solos and three assists) and three sacks as Lambuth beat his Shorter Hawks 42-38 on a touchdown with less than a minute to play. Logan's nine primary tackles tied a Shorter record shared by three other Hawks. Lollis leads Shorter in tackles with 50 total. Lollis is all over the field in Shorter's win

Former Toombs County Bulldog Logan Lollis was a dominant middle linebacker on Saturday in Shorter College's 28-23 win over LaGrange College at Callaway Stadium in LaGrange. Logan was in on 11 tackles, six solo's and five assists, and he also picked off a pass and returned it 13 yards. Logan's sister, Mandy, took some fabulous pictures of Logan in action. Logan Lollis deals with ankle injury
Former Toombs County Bulldog Logan Lollis never had an injury that kept him out of a game during his high school career. However, in his second season at Shorter College, Logan has been dealing with an ankle sprain since game one. Logan talks about it and this season with Toombs Now. Audio |

Lollis and Shorter roll over Union
After missing two games due to an injury, former Toombs County Bulldog Logan Lollis returned and helped Shorter College trounce Union 41-17. Lollis was credited with three solo tackles and five assists and had one tackle for a loss. |

Lollis and Shorter open season with win
Former Toombs County Bulldog Logan Lollis opened his second season at NAIA Shorter College by starting at linebacker and contributing six tackles in Shorter College's 30-21 win at Brevard College. The Hawks, who trailed 21-14 heading to the fourth quarter, drove sixty-two yards to score a touchdown that tied the game with 9:33 to play. The Hawks also kicked a 50-yard field goal and ran a fumble in for touchdown. Lollis had one solo tackle and six assists in the game. |
